Questions about getting started?

If you’re not sure you’re “fit enough” for a gym, WarmCore was built for you. Here’s what new members usually ask.

Do I need any experience before I book a consultation?

Not at all. Many of our members start as complete beginners. The consultation is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new to working out or returning after a long break.

What should I wear or bring to the consultation?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and athletic shoes. You don’t need to bring any equipment. A water bottle and small towel are helpful but not required.

Will I be pressured to sign up for a membership?

No. We’ll walk you through our recommendations and pricing, answer your questions, and give you space to decide. Our goal is a long-term relationship, not a hard sell.

How long are training sessions and how often should I come?

Most sessions are 50–55 minutes. Many members start with 2 sessions per week and adjust as they build consistency and confidence. We’ll make a specific recommendation during your consult.
